Many centers and medical providers have expressed a desire to have an effective presence during non-business hours for crisis situations.
ETBHN has answered that by providing psychiatrists 24 hours a day for emergency counseling and prescription ability.
We can make this happen for your center.
It has been the goal of ETBHN over the years to save money for Community Mental Health Centers, support quality improvement, and provide improved services through collaborative efforts.
Telemedicine is a not-so-new technology that is slowly transforming the way psychiatric healthcare is delivered. According to the American Telemedicine Association, telemedicine is defined to include a growing variety of applications and services using two-way video, email, wireless phones and other forms of telecommunications technology. In October of 2011, ETBHN added telemedicine to its broad array of services designed to save money and improve quality of care to Community Mental Health Consumers. It is the goal of ETBHN to provide a quality service to Centers at the lowest possible cost. Telemedicine Services may be provided to adults in rural or underserved areas and to child/adolescents who are under the age of 21 in any location.
